That's the spirit!

Aspiring film-maker Daniel Edelstyn is taking the entrepreneurial approach to financing his debut movie. He is marketing a new Ukrainian vodka.
Dan’s movie, From Bolshevism to Belfast, is based upon a manuscript memoir by his grandmother, Maroussia Zorohovich.
Eldest of three children born to a wealthy Jewish factory and landowner, Maroussia grew up in pre-Bolshevik Ukraine. She was the only member of the family to survive and escape to the United Kingdom.
Inspired by the story left behind by the grandmother he never met, Dan went in search of the village and the factory with the help of Maroussia’s notebooks.
He found her village – Douboviakzowka – a four hour drive from Kiev. Amazingly, Dan also found the former Zorohovich factory, now a distillery.
Having spoken to local people and to the factory director, Dan now plans to ship over 1000 bottles of customised “Douboviazowka” vodka for offer to investors in From Bolshevism to Belfast.
Then, with advice and finance from start-up business support specialist, East London Small Business Centre, Dan is establishing a company to import and market “Douboviazowka” vodka.
